Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After canceling, you have another 14 days to send your product back to us. You will then be credited with the total amount, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs are for your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, return the product with all accessories and (if reasonably possible) in its original condition and packaging to lefreQue BV. To exercise this right, please contact us via admin@lefreque.com. We will refund the amount owed within 14 days after registration of your return refund request as soon as the product has been received in good order.
